Linux has a free utility application calles unrar. It has functionality like Winrar in windows. Now to join your splited rar files, follow this instruction :

  1. Place your files in one directory and make sure the filenames is correct (e.g file.part1.rar, file.part2.rar)
  2. Then type this command :
    unrar e [first_part_filename]
  3. Voila, now your splited rar files has joined.
